Two boys.

3 and 9 years old.
What is your job description?
I am a full time Social Media Strategist/Coach/Content Creator (Instagram.com/Blissfullyrootedwoman). I teach busy moms how to find their influence online and monetize their platform. I am also a per diem ICU Respiratory Therapist at a local hospital where I get to take care of pediatric to geriatric patients with breathing problems.
What is your favorite activity to do in Palm Beach with your family?
We love the beach. Water activities as well any other outdoor activities and restaurants.
Best piece of parenting advice you have received:
You can’t pour from an empty cup. Practice some sort of selfcare, no matter how small.
