I live in East Boca with my husband, children, and golden doodle.
How long have you lived here?
I have lived in Boca since I was 2 years old.
What do you love about living in Palm Beach County?
I love living in Palm Beach County. We live in paradise. Palm Beach County, especially Boca Raton has the best parks and beaches. We are water lovers so most weekends we can be found at the beach or on the boat at Lake Boca. I love having a great community of Universities in town. I am an adjunct Professor at Florida Atlantic University, go owls! We also love to travel and are so lucky to have lots of airports close by. Palm Beach County also has the most amazing nonprofit community. It is such a philanthropic community, it is inspiring to see.

10-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son.
What is your job description?
I am the founder of Happy Family Blog, a lifestyle blog that caters to parents who want to slow down and enjoy everyday moments. Our goal is to spread joy with families through easy recipes, family fun, and travel inspiration. I have worked with 100s of brands, including Fortune 500 companies like Walmart, Coca-Cola, Kraft Heinz, and Disney. International brands like Dunkin’ and Club Med. As a business owner, there is no set job description. I work with my husband and together we develop content ideas, shoot the content, edit it, post it on social channels, and write and edit blog posts. We work to stay up to date on social media trends, pitch brands, test products, make collages of products we recommend, and post them in our Facebook steals and deals groups. We also have lots of admin work to do with partnerships including concepts, drafts, posting, invoicing, and sending statistics to clients.
In addition to running Happy Family Blog, we are a brand manager for a number of content creators. As brand managers, we pitch our client list to brands and then manage all aspects of the partnership.
Working with brands is a specialized skill that we have honed over the last decade. I teach other content creators how to work with brands. We are also launching Happy Family Podcast this year where I share inspiring stories to help you find your passion.
What is your favorite activity to do in Palm Beach with your family?
We love any opportunity that we get to be together as a family especially at the beach or on the boat. We also love fun adventures like Gumbo Limbo and Manatee Lagoon.
Best piece of parenting advice you have received:
The days are long, but the years are short so try and embrace it all. Self-care is not selfish. You need to take care of yourself so you can be the best mom.
