3 Must-Have Mask Hacks for Moms!

0

Next week, many children in Palm Beach County will be heading back into the classroom wearing face masks.  Since most of our children have been home, wearing a mask all day is going to be a big change.  Time for some MOM HACKS!

Must-Have Accessory

You’ve probably got tons of masks in various sizes and colors by now. But if you have kids and don’t want to go crazy… you also need a few mask holders. These handy straps make sure the kids can keep track of their own mask, and not constantly drop it on the floor! One of our favorites, created by a mom in Atlanta, is called Face Mask Friend. They’re lightweight, easy to clean and come in 6 colors. Great for adults too!  (use the code: PALMBEACHMOMS to get buy 1, get 1 at 50% off all month!)

Secret Stash

Next to the snacks, toys and other extras you stash in your car or purse…keep a baggie with a fresh set of masks. This way, you’ll never arrive at your destination without the required face mask. In fact, you might want to create a little corona-kit! This could include an extra bottle of travel size hand sanitizer and some wipes to go along with those extra masks.

Keep it Clean

Let’s be honest, are you really cleaning your masks as often as you should? It’s tough – who has the time to keep track of the face-mask wash cycle? Make it easier on yourself by creating a clean and dirty basket near the door. Drop the dirty ones in on your way home and grab from the clean pile on your way out! And don’t forget to wash those face mask holders too – another reason we love the Face Mask Friend brand…they’re machine washable!
