Cox Science Center and Aquarium
Upcoming Spring Break Camps at Cox Science Center and Aquarium:
March 17th – Fairground Physics! (ages 7-12) – Did you know that roller coasters are not entirely powered by motors? Learn all about the physics behind your favorite amusement park rides and explore the forces of fun in this one-day camp! ($60 member/ $65 non-member)
March 20th – 24th – Under the Sea (ages 5-12) – Dive into a marine biology adventure in this exciting week long camp! Campers will learn about Florida’s coastal ecosystems and the different marine animals that live there. ($275 member/ $300 non-member)
April 7th – Fun in the Sun (ages 7-12) – Ever wonder how our sun compares with other stars in the universe? Join us for this exciting one-day camp where campers will learn all about the sun! Campers will explore everything from solar physics to solar energy and will also have the opportunity to observe the sun through a real telescope. *Observatory solar viewing is weather permitting* ($60 member/ $65 non-member)
Shark Wake Park
Shark Wake Park Spring Break Camp (ages 7-15) is an amazing opportunity for children to try something new, enhance an existing skill, and spend the week in a safe, structured, and healthy atmosphere with other kids. Each day, campers will have the opportunity to enjoy our floating Obstacle Island and learn the fundamentals of Cable Watersports (kneeboarding & wakeboarding) alongside experienced camp counselors. No experience is required, and first timers are welcome! Campers will enjoy private use of the facility from 9am – 12pm each day. Multi-Sibling Discount available for weekly enrollment. Camp hours 9am-3pm. Day Enrollment ($125/day): March 17th & 20th – 24th. Week Enrollment ($400/week): March 20th – 24th.
Brush Strokes and More
Brush Strokes and More is a locally owned art studio in Jupiter that has been offering excellence in art instruction since 2005. Mrs. Gaines is an approved Palm Beach School art teacher vendor with finger printing and background clearance. She and her staff believe that “all students have the power to learn, are curious and creative, and can succeed. No two students have exactly the same creative skills or learning style.” Summer break camps are available per day, and include pencil drawing, painting, pastels, watercolors, acrylics, paper mâché, and mosaics just to name a few. Hours are from 9am to 3pm, for children 5 years old and up and elementary school ages, March 17-14.
Lake Worth Playhouse
The Lake Worth Playhouse offers educational programs for adults and children, and community outreach initiatives.
One Week Wonder: Eco Theatre Week: Are you ready for a unique week? Join interdisciplinary artist/performer/naturalist Autumn Kioti of Wildness is Necessary as they partner with The Playhouse to literally create theater from the ground up. We’ll reuse and re-purpose our discards to create everything from props to masks, while also building performance skills. Theatre making that makes a difference. Ages: 8 – 14. Tuition: $375. Camps at Rhythm & Hues are an excellent opportunity for your kids to not only hone in on their artistic creativity, but also experiment a healthy and positive social environment! Our daily activities range from hands-on art projects, music jams, team building activities and creative fun!
Our staff looks to only meet the best standards in the care of your children during our camp days. From loving mothers to experienced childcare professionals, you can trust that we can meet any situation during the day with nothing short of excellence. We understand that separation from the family at a young age during the day does take some getting used to and we take pride in welcoming anyone to our own family here. Blue Water School of Surfing Spring Break Surf Camp
Registration for 2023 SPRING BREAK surf camp is for ages 6 & up, beginner and advanced surfer levels, held March 13 thru March 31, 2023. Camp is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM. With a complementary 8:30 AM early drop off.

William Kimball founded the Blue Water School of Surfing in 1996 and at that time was the only surf school in Palm Beach County. The school has now grown to be one of the most fun and prestigious surf schools in the world.
Cocoplum Nature School
Cocoplum Nature School in Delray Beach offers private nature-based elementary education and caregiver-and-me programs for toddlers through pre-K. Their mission is to honor children as individuals, promote joyful learning, and support children’s growth as members of their community and stewards of the earth.
Spring break camp is March 20-24, M-F, 9am-3pm. Registration is for the whole week. Location: Cocoplum Nature School, 342 N. Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach. Activities include: Free play; Scavenger hunts; Leaf printing; Free wandering; Map drawing; Garden harvesting; Nature journaling; Music and story circles; and more!
