Pan Fried Artichoke Hearts

Another year has passed. I can’t believe how time flies once you have kids. I really can’t believe that my boys are now 10 and 12! So crazy. I still remember when I was that age.

New Year’s Eve was always a good time. My mom would put out a bunch of yummy appetizers that we all loved and we’d try and stay up until midnight. I like to do the same with my family. Something about little bites of food makes it fun and sets the tone for a party.

Pan Fried Artichoke Hearts are perfect. It is one of the appetizers my mom served on a night like New Year’s Eve. It looks fancy, but is so simple! You can serve it along with cheese, fruit, and bread or by itself to start.
